About Us:

At MAYKA BLESSING EVENT PVT LTD, we are redefining the events landscape through innovation, creativity, and data-driven strategies. From high-impact corporate conferences to immersive public festivals, we bring bold ideas to life. We're now seeking an R&D Executive to join our Event Management team and drive innovation across planning, technology, and audience engagement.

Role Overview:

The R&D Executive will lead and support research initiatives aimed at improving our event formats, processes, and technologies. You'll be responsible for identifying new trends, experimenting with tools, and working cross-functionally to enhance the impact and efficiency of our events.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market and competitor research to identify new trends in event formats, technologies, and audience engagement strategies.
Research and evaluate emerging event tech (e.g. AR/VR, AI tools, virtual platforms) for possible implementation.
Collaborate with event managers to pilot new tools, formats, or workflows.
Analyze post-event data to inform future improvements and innovation opportunities.
Develop case studies, innovation proposals, and best practice documentation.
Liaise with vendors, tech partners, and creative agencies for experimental event setups.
Keep abreast of sustainability trends and how to implement eco-friendly practices in event execution.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business, Marketing, or related field.
1+ years experience in event management or research-focused roles in a similar domain.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Demonstrated interest in event technology, audience psychology, or operations research.
Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and proposals.
Creative thinker with a proactive mindset.
