Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a 2D Designer. The 2D Designer will be responsible for creating and developing innovative and visually compelling designs for various event-related projects. Daily responsibilities include brainstorming creative concepts, generating artwork, collaborating with the event planning team, and ensuring that projects meet brand guidelines and client expectations. The designer will work on a variety of visual assets such as event logos, banners, signage, marketing materials, and presentations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in 2D design, including expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW
• Strong conceptualization skills, visual creativity, and ability to create unique designs for diverse events
• Experience in designing marketing materials and event-related graphics that align with solid branding principles
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects effectively
• Experience in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure cohesive designs across presentations and promotions
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Prior experience in the event management or advertising industry is a plus
• Effective communication skills and ability to adapt to team workflows are highly valued
