Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Corporate Event Planner. The Corporate Event Planner will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various corporate events such as conferences, seminars, product launches, and team-building retreats. Daily tasks will include liaising with clients, managing event logistics, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring all events run smoothly and successfully.

Qualifications

• Event Planning and Coordination, Vendor Management, and Logistical Planning skills
• Experience with Budgeting, Cost Management, and Financial Planning
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Client Liaison skills
• Excellent Organizational and Time Management skills
• Detail-Oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of Corporate Event Trends and Industry Standards
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the event management industry is a plus
