Job Description You will be joining Our Vision Events - Mayka Blessing Event Private Limited (MBEPL), a renowned 360-degree Event Management agency with over a decade of experience in Pune as a Corporate Event Planner. Your role will involve planning, coordinating, and executing various corporate events like conferences, seminars, product launches, and team-building retreats. Your daily tasks will include liaising with clients, managing event logistics, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the smooth and successful execution of all events. Key Responsibilities - Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events such as conferences, seminars, product launches, and team-building retreats - Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and preferences - Manage event logistics including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual setup - Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and products - Ensure all events run smoothly and successfully within the allocated budget Qualifications - Proficiency in Event Planning and Coordination, Vendor Management, and Logistical Planning - Experience in Budgeting, Cost Management, and Financial Planning - Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Client Liaison skills - Excellent Organizational and Time Management skills - Detail-Oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Knowledge of Corporate Event Trends and Industry Standards - Ability to work independently as well as in a team - Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field - Experience in the event management industry is a plus,
