Spondulix Seed Partners is a growth-stage investment and advisory platform backing next-gen QSR brands that are reshaping the food experience for modern India. Our portfolio features bold, scalable, and youth-driven food ventures. We are looking for a visionary Marketing & Creative Head to lead brand storytelling, marketing strategy, and creative direction across all our QSR brands.


Role Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and imaginative leader who can drive end-to-end brand building—from positioning and campaigns to customer acquisition and loyalty. You’ll be the voice behind our brands and the mind behind their cultural relevance.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Marketing Leadership

  • Define brand architecture and go-to-market strategy for all QSR brands under the portfolio.
  • Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with growth, store expansion, and revenue goals.
  • Oversee digital marketing, performance campaigns, influencer engagement, CRM, and loyalty initiatives.


Creative Direction

  • Lead the ideation and execution of brand campaigns, menus, packaging, in-store branding, and social content.
  • Partner with agencies, designers, and internal teams to deliver creative assets that are bold, modern, and culturally resonant.


Team Building & Management

  • Build and mentor a cross-functional team of marketers, designers, and content creators.
  • Coordinate with franchise/operations heads to ensure marketing aligns with store-level execution.


Brand Growth & Analytics

  • Monitor brand health metrics (awareness, engagement, NPS, etc.) and optimize campaigns using real-time data.
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention via digital and offline marketing funnels.


Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with founders, chefs, operations, and product development teams to create a unified brand experience.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • 7–12 years of experience in marketing, preferably with strong exposure to F&B, QSR, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
  • Proven leadership experience in building or scaling a youth-focused or food-focused brand.
  • Strong understanding of ATL, BTL, digital, social, and performance marketing.
  • Experience working with creative agencies and managing multi-brand portfolios is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with a pulse on youth culture, design, food trends, and storytelling.
  • Excellent communication, budget management, and strategic thinking skills.
