Job Description

Key Responsibilities Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify and target potential corporate clients through various channels including cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media. Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target companies. Presentations and Negotiations : Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations tailored to the client's needs. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close sales successfully. Market Research : Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends. Sales Reporting : Track sales activities and performance metrics. Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, forecasts, and achievements. Collaboration with Internal Teams : Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure that clients’ needs are met efficiently. Product Knowledge : Stay up-to-date with the company’s products and services and effectively communicate their value propositions to prospective clients. Customer Retention : Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing ongoing support, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and maintaining strong business relationships. Qualifications & Skills Experience : Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in corporate sales or B2B sales, preferably within [Industry]. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Sales Skills : Strong ability to close deals, handle objections, and negotiate pricing and contracts. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with senior executives and clients. Networking : Strong networking and relationship-building skills with a focus on long-term business partnerships. CRM Tools : Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads, track activities, and report on performance. Self-Motivated : Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets. Problem Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand client challenges and offer appropriate solutions.
