Your responsibilities will encompass guiding clients, verifying claim details, and ensuring a seamless resolution, all while delivering exceptional customer service.🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesClaims Assistance: Guide customers through the entire claims process, from initiation to resolution, ensuring clarity and understanding at each step.Documentation Verification: Review and verify all necessary documents submitted for claims, ensuring completeness and accuracy.Customer Support: Address customer inquiries related to claims, providing timely and accurate information.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and insurance providers to facilitate smooth claim processing.Compliance: Ensure all claims are processed in adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.✅ Desired Skills & QualificationsEducation: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.Experience: 0–5 years in customer service or insurance-related roles.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in regional languages is a plus.Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy; familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.Customer-Centric: Demonstrated ability to handle customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism.💼 Compensation & BenefitsSalary: ₹30,000–₹50,000 per month, with performance-based incentives.Benefits: Health insurance coverage, employee assistance programs, and opportunities for professional development.Work Environment: Dynamic and supportive team culture with a focus on growth and recognition.
