You'll advise businesses on crucial insurance, focusing on Property & Casualty lines. This role involves frequent client travel to understand their needs and build strong relationships. We seek a proactive, independent individual passionate about contributing to team growth and success. What You'll Do:Advise commercial clients on risk and tailor Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance solutions.Travel frequently to meet clients for consultations, assessments, and relationship management.Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.Communicate complex insurance details clearly to clients and internal teams.Manage your sales pipeline independently and actively contribute to team growth and knowledge sharing.Stay updated on commercial insurance trends, products, and regulations. What You Bring:2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, client advisory, or the insurance sector.Foundational understanding of general insurance, particularly Property & Casualty (P&C). Commercial lines experience is a strong plus.Strong consultative sales and customer service abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication.Proactive, independent, and results-oriented.Passionate about team building and collaborative success.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Willingness and ability to undertake frequent travel.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
