Build strong relationships with existing customers to increase retention rates and upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., pre-sales engineers) to deliver high-quality proposals and presentations. Job Requirements : 0-2 years of experience in B2B sales or corporate business development. Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends and market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
