We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to lead branded content initiatives and manage YouTube and podcast strategies for a leading influencer. This role requires a unique combination of creativity, content strategy, and organizational skills to ensure engaging, value-driven content across platforms while maintaining seamless collaboration with brands and the internal team.

Responsibilities

Branded Content Strategy & Execution

• Conceptualize and execute branded content strategies that align with the influencer’s personal brand and audience preferences.
• Collaborate with the influencer to create compelling, value-driven, and engaging branded content.
• Oversee the end-to-end production of branded content, ensuring it meets client expectations and adheres to quality standards.
• Monitor performance metrics of branded campaigns and provide actionable insights to enhance future collaborations.

YouTube & Podcast Management

• Develop and implement content strategies to grow the YouTube channel and podcast.
• Ideate and plan episodes, themes, and guest line-ups in collaboration with the influencer (who will provide overall vision and direction).
• Take ownership of

  programming & guestlisting

  : research, outreach, scheduling, and coordination with potential guests for both YouTube and podcast appearances.
• Coordinate pre-production, production, and post-production workflows for YouTube videos and podcast episodes.
• Ensure all content aligns with the influencer’s tone, style, and vision while engaging the target audience.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide insights for optimization and growth.

Coordination & Process Management

• Oversee timelines, approvals, and deliverables across multiple projects to ensure smooth execution.
• Liaise between the influencer, internal teams (e.g., production, editing), and external stakeholders (e.g., brands, agencies).
• Manage contracts, payments, and documentation in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
• Develop and maintain detailed project trackers and reports to ensure transparency and accountability.

Trend Analysis & Industry Insights

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and content best practices.
• Share insights with the team to refine strategies and enhance partnerships.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 3+ years in branded content, YouTube, podcast management, influencer marketing, or related fields.
• Exceptional communication and project management skills.
• Strong understanding of YouTube and podcast production workflows.
• Creative thinker with a knack for storytelling and content ideation.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and content marketing strategies.
