You are a skilled and strategic Content Manager responsible for leading the planning, creation, and distribution of engaging content across various platforms. Your role is crucial in defining the brand voice, connecting with the audience, and supporting business goals through high-quality, data-driven content. Your key responsibilities include developing and implementing a content strategy in alignment with marketing targets, managing content creation across diverse formats, collaborating with different teams for brand consistency, overseeing content calendar and publication timelines, editing and improving posts, optimizing content for SEO, monitoring performance through analytics, managing content creators, and staying updated on industry trends. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Content Manager or similar position, exceptional writing and editing skills in English, hands-on CMS experience, basic SEO knowledge, familiarity with social media platforms and content marketing tools, strong project management abilities, attention to detail, and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field. This is a full-time position based in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. You are expected to have 4 years of content management experience and 2 years as a Content Manager. Proficiency in English and Malayalam is preferred, and a willingness to travel up to 75% of the time is desirable.,
