As a Responsible Content Manager at Microsoft Risk, Trust and Safety Operations (RTS & AIRCO), you will lead a team of Responsible Content Specialists in executing content moderation tasks to identify and remove explicit and illegal content from various platforms. Your role involves analyzing and reviewing different types of media such as images, videos, and text-based content based on guidelines and policies while maintaining high fidelity and consistency. You will be responsible for recognizing data trends, understanding policy implementation, and driving continuous improvement in processes, guidelines, procedures, policy, and tooling. In this role, you will familiarize yourself with guidelines to identify quality problems and insights into the data. You will develop an advanced understanding of guidelines, identify gaps, and create processes and work instructions based on project requirements. Collaborating with managers, you will create strategies, gather requirements, define project plans, and work across teams to align on the plan. Additionally, you will work with cross-functional stakeholders to design programs/projects from initiation to delivery. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining the rhythm of business (ROB) during plan execution for global alignment, converting stakeholders to gain buy-in, and leveraging data and performance metrics to demonstrate the value of projects. You will adhere to ethics and privacy policies, follow Microsoft's privacy policy related to data usage, and maintain a high standard of data protection and security to minimize exposure to risk. Additionally, you will demonstrate personal ownership by following guidelines, reporting incidents promptly, and completing security training. In terms of people management, you will empower and hold your team accountable by modeling, coaching, and caring. You will help your team identify and resolve root problems, define program strategies, gather requirements, and work across teams to align on plans. You will lead teams to design programs from initiation to delivery, simplify complex inputs into program design, collect and evaluate success criteria and performance metrics, and use data analytics to derive insights for risk mitigation and optimization. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Media, Behavioral Psychology, Criminal Justice, Linguistics, Education, Business, or a related field, along with 5+ years of relevant experience in work requiring privacy, discretion, and exposure to sensitive situations or content. Alternatively, a High School Diploma (or local equivalent) and 7+ years of relevant experience may also be considered. Additional qualifications such as experience in people management or leadership roles are preferred. If you are passionate about machine learning and AI technology, interested in projects that positively impact people's lives, and value working in a diverse and collaborative team, then joining the AI Operations Team at Microsoft as a Responsible Content Manager could be the next step in your career.,
