To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, and go-to-market execution, preferably in the field of Construction Equipment. You should have a proven track record of scaling brands across various channels, expertise in digital marketing, account-based marketing, and marketing automation tools, as well as a strong grasp of market research, consumer insights, and competitor analysis. In addition to your technical skills, you should possess exceptional communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
