As a Business Category Builder at Mosaic Wellness, you will play a vital role in developing and expanding a specific business category. Your responsibilities will include creating relatable propositions, designing customer journeys, managing launch pipelines, optimizing customer experiences, and driving revenue growth and retention. Key Responsibilities: - Gain consumer insights to understand behavior, trends, triggers, and barriers for developing relatable propositions and enhancing customer experience. - Develop and oversee pre and post-purchase customer funnels, collaborate with teams to improve narratives and messaging, conduct testing for optimization, and enhance overall customer experience. - Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and Operations teams to align strategies, execute plans, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. - Stay updated on industry trends, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications & Expectations: - 6+ years of relevant experience, bonus for entrepreneurship experience. - Marketing and consumer proposition development experience, particularly in 0-to-1 phases. - Exposure to category management, especially in e-commerce and D2C. - Consumer-first mindset with deep understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics. - Strong analytical skills for interpreting data, deriving insights, and making informed decisions. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating hustle, ownership mentality, and determination to achieve goals.,
