Be Body Wise is an online platform for women, assisting over 4 million women each year with solutions for hair health, body care, sleep, and nutrition. Little Joys focuses on children's health, supporting over 2 million parents annually in addressing their child's physical, mental, and emotional development needs. As a Business Category Builder at Mosaic Wellness, you will play a crucial role in developing and expanding a specific business category. Your responsibilities will include creating relatable propositions, designing customer journeys, managing launch pipelines, optimizing customer experiences, and driving revenue growth and retention. Key Responsibilities: - Consumer Insights: Understand consumer behavior, trends, triggers, and barriers to develop relatable propositions and enhance the overall customer experience. - Consumer Journeys: Build and manage pre and post-purchase customer funnels, collaborate with teams to improve narratives and messaging, optimize conversion funnels through testing and segmentation, and enhance the customer experience. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and Operations teams to align strategies and execution plans, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. - Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications & Expectations: - 6+ years of relevant experience, with entrepreneurship experience as a bonus. - Marketing and consumer proposition development experience, especially in 0-to-1 phases. - Exposure to category management, particularly in e-commerce and D2C. - Consumer-first mindset with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics. - Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make informed decisions. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate hustle, ownership mentality, and determination to achieve goals.,
