About the Role: Ferrero is manufacturing surprises and KJ packing at supplier end, to ensure quality supplies this post is required, below are the details of objectives for this position. Implementation and Ensuring that Ferrero quality standard and protocol are well practiced and followed at vendors producing surprises and packing. Performing supervisions providing guidelines for continuous improvements on quality, safety and hygiene standards. Coordination with the supplier, taking follow ups and guiding the supplier for to meet the other compliance audits like CCC, TISI, Disney etc. Main Responsibilities: Supervising the suppliers :- Following the guidelines from quality manual implementing and ensuring that Ferrero quality standards and protocol are well practiced and followed at vendors producing surprises and packing.Coordination with suppliers for inspections to deliver a quality product in limited time frame.Providing information on the products related to the complaints from AQS and DQG. Process Improvement: Conducting process supervisions as per Ferrero quality standards & reporting non-conformity (if any) to line supervisor.Providing guidelines and taking feedback to reduce the internal rejection levels.Conducting meeting with supplier for CAPA to reduce overall rejections.Follow up on the closer of the audit points within limited time frame. Training:- Providing necessary training at the supplier end to improve the level of quality and hygiene standards. Providing assistance to the Junior by helping them to judge the defects depending on the severity of the defects. Cross functional Co-ordination:- Timely coordination with all departments for daily quality concerns. This role will support Network & IT Security CoE Team to address and manage all Asia IT Delivery Center Network projects and infrastructure in addition to improve follow the Sun approach targeted by ITS organization. This role will professionally report to IT Network CoE Manager in Europe and managerially report to Asia IT Delivery Center Manager in India and may have direct reports from Asia DC reporting into him in future. Main Responsibilities: Responsible of Network & IT Security infrastructure in Asia IT Delivery Center. Design, deploy and maintain Network & IT Security infrastructure to guarantee its efficiency, reliability and continuous evolution. Help Service Managers to define, track and monitor budget spending about Network projects, infrastructure maintenance and services. In detail the specialist is taking care of: Design, deploy and support network security architecture including firewalls, unified threat management, load balancers, web application firewall and VPN technology Analyze and troubleshoot network architectures (WAN, LAN, Firewalling) and topologies, configuring, operating and recommending improvements to the network. Act as a 3rd level support, assisting the AMS with the review, escalation & resolution of tickets/issues Follow (WAN, LAN, Firewalling) incidents and change management processes. Serves as the top tier in fault identification, isolation, analysis, and resolution for IP & Access network related technology platforms. Maintain and ensure the network is in a high-performance state Prepare documentation, network diagrams, HLD schemas, hardware lists and staging-configurations needed to execute or close off projects or support cases study Work closely with Project Managers to create and coordinate activities scheduling, acquire necessary network project information such as hardware installation timetable, and establishes a schedule to ensure timely completion of (greenfield, brownfield or M&A) projects Collaborate closely with CyberSecurity team to address and solve possible security incidents or mitigate risks following defined service levels and incident management processes Define and apply proper Firewall rulesets, assuring their periodical review.
