Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager with strong experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, driving brand positioning, demand generation, and engagement across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement GTM strategies based on market research, consumer insights, and industry trends.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, PR, and on-ground activations.
Drive brand positioning and messaging to enhance visibility and market presence.
Oversee content strategy, ensuring consistency across all platforms and marketing collateral.
Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance to optimize ROI and marketing effectiveness.
Collaborate with sales and business teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
Manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships efficiently.

Requirements:

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Commerce.
6–8 years of marketing experience, with strong exposure to real estate marketing.
Proven experience in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends, campaign performance, and customer insights.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
