Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive/Manager to join our dynamic team in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and executing marketing activities across digital, print, and outdoor platforms to strengthen brand visibility and support business growth. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. Assist in creating marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, and branding materials for project sites. Collaborate with creative and media agencies to ensure timely and quality output. Conduct site visits to identify branding requirements and support on-ground teams. Monitor and coordinate social media efforts to ensure consistency in messaging and engagement. Implement campaigns and promotions across different channels including print, outdoor, and digital. Track campaign performance and compile reports with basic insights for the marketing team. Help organize marketing events, property expos, and project activations. Stay updated on competitor marketing strategies and trends in the real estate sector. Prepare and submit weekly updates to the Marketing Head. Key Requirements: 24 years of marketing experience (Real Estate preferred). Strong coordination and communication skills. Basic knowledge of real estate marketing campaigns and buyer behavior. Proficient in MS Office and common marketing tools. Ability to multitask and deliver within deadlines.
