Role Overview: The Process Associate will support optimization initiatives across all departments, focusing on the transition to more tech-driven operations. This is an entry-level position (0–1 years of experience), ideal for proactive individuals who are data-savvy, adaptable and enthusiastic. Key Responsibilities Process Optimization Across Departments Assist in analyzing and documenting workflows across various teams, identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Support implementation of technology and automation solutions to streamline operations. Collaborate with the Process Manager in driving organizational process improvements. Technology Implementation Help configure, troubleshoot, and maintain new software and automation tools to boost operational efficiency. Liaise with IT and external vendors to ensure seamless integration of deployed technologies. Data & Reporting Assist in data collection, performance tracking, and preparation of reports for process improvement evaluations. Analyze process data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership. Maintain clear dashboards and reporting systems to measure project performance. Scheduling & Task Coordination Set up and coordinate meetings for reviewing process changes and project updates across departments. Ensure timely follow-ups on assigned tasks, regularly updating on status and potential bottlenecks. Self-Sufficiency & Problem-Solving Demonstrate initiative by independently solving problems, addressing roadblocks, and adapting to new systems and tools. Take ownership of assigned responsibilities, working with minimal supervision. Frequent Travel & Extended Hours Willingness to travel regularly to Bangalore for onsite coordination and reviews. Flexibility to work outside regular hours when required to support deadlines or critical tasks. Required Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently. Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting; proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets). Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and operational tools. Willingness to travel and coordinate on-site activities. Degree in management, engineering, or a related field; 0–1 year of experience in a relevant role. Preferred Skills Exposure to process automation or project management software. Basic working knowledge of business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Experience setting up meetings and coordinating cross-departmental follow-ups.
