We work hard, we play hard, and we want you to join us!The Ethics & Compliance Lead is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing a comprehensive ethics and compliance program that promotes a culture of integrity and ensures adherence to legal, regulatory, and corporate standards. This role partners closely with senior leadership, Legal, HR, and business teams to identify risks, strengthen controls, and guide ethical decision-making across the organization. This role ensures the company operates with integrity, adheres to legal and regulatory requirements, and fosters a culture of ethical behavior across all levels of the organization.
Position Responsibilities
Compliance Program Strategy & Governance
- Lead the design, strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of the Ethics and Compliance Program.
- Conduct risk assessments, monitor program effectiveness, partnering with audit and other functions as needed, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
- Drive the evaluation and implementation of compliance technology solutions (e.g., case management) to streamline processes, increase automation, and enhance operational efficiency.
Risk Assessment & Prevention
- Conduct and oversee internal investigations into potential misconduct, ensuring impartiality, thorough documentation, timely resolution and confidentiality.
- Analyze investigation results to identify trends and root causes, informing proactive risk mitigation strategies and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
- Embed corrective actions and remediation plans into operational processes to ensure effective and sustainable resolution of identified deficiencies.
- Develop strong partnerships with stakeholders to support initiatives that drive compliance with relations and internal policies.
Training, Communication and Ethical Culture
- Create and deliver training programs and communications that promote ethical awareness and regulatory compliance
Stakeholder Engagement and Partnership
- Cultivate strong, collaborative partnerships with functional leaders to effectively embed compliance into daily operations and support strategic initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to ensure consistent adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal corporate policies.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and oral).
- Experience in stakeholder management at multiple levels.
- 12+ years of experience with at least 6+ years in employee compliance.
- Experience conducting internal investigations including interviewing, documentation and evidence review.
Preferred Qualifications

- Work experience in BPO and/or captive services organizations
- Experience in Operational Risk and experience as an Auditor
- Ability to analyze complex issues, identify risks and recommend practical solutions
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast pace environment
- Experience in people and project management
