Role & responsibilities Drive Car Dealer Business with OEMs through car dealers & distributor network. Tie Up with new OEMs for the after sales market. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve OEMs issues Understand client business models and align offerings accordingly. Cultivating and expanding strategic alliances with OEM partners by leveraging key account management and B2B sales strategies to grow the OEM portfolio. Analyse industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies. Developing and executing sales plans in line with corporate targets, and monitoring performance to ensure timely achievement of sales milestones. Driving business re-engineering and process improvement initiatives and identifying operational enhancements for sustainable growth and improved profitability. Formulating and implementing comprehensive sales planning strategies that align with dynamic market demands and business objectives. Addressing and resolving field-level policy challenges enabling the sales team to better serve customers and deliver revenue results. Conducting regular competitor benchmarking to inform growth strategies and maintain a competitive edge. Designing and rolling out innovative business schemes and incentive programs, resulting in positive ROI and enhanced car dealer engagement. Timely issuance of incentives in the channel. Leading the development and promotion of dealer growth initiatives and increasing participation in strategic schemes nationwide. Ability to explain complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
