Job Description

Role Overview: As an O2I Project Compliance Specialist at Ericsson, you will be responsible for working with the overall regulatory and compliance environment concerning the Order to Invoice process. You will be tasked with ensuring the quality, efficiency, and improvement initiatives in the team. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to drive compliance and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Possess a good working knowledge of relevant regulations such as the Sarbanes Oxley Act and International Financial Reporting Standards, ensuring their application in project accounting scope. - Demonstrate operational knowledge of the Order to Invoice process and governance streams, including system information objects/reports and control activities. - Ensure quality, efficiency, process adherence, and timeliness for assigned control assessments and execution tasks as per standard guidance and internal work structures. - Secure timely and high-quality standardized control documentation/workpapers. - Proficiency in systems and tools such as SAP One, Business warehouse, ICAT, applicable reports, metronome, etc. - Analyze compliance deliverables and operative reviews with the respective MA Compliance Lead, enabling early warnings on issues & risks and collaborating with various stakeholders for solutions. - Maintain a high learning focus by taking self-initiatives to secure continuous knowledge learning in existing and new areas. - Actively support Compliance leads in driving internal and external engagement areas such as MA governance forums, audit requirements, communication, and feedback. - Work closely with Compliance SME on MA compliance topics, advisory, compliance issues, action planning, etc. Qualification Required: - Chartered Accountant or minimum Graduates in Accounting/Finance with proven experience. - Good understanding of project accounting, SOX, and internal control environment. - Experience working in a global setup with virtual teams & work groups. - Self-initiative and drive to deliver. - High integrity and Compliance focus.,
