Job Description Your Team Procure to pay – Accounts Payable Your department: Finance & Corporate Services Responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors and service providers. Key activities include invoice processing, payment execution, compliance with internal controls, and maintaining strong supplier relationships. Your Role Purchase Order (PO) Responsibilities Continuous Improvement: Identify automation opportunities in PO processing, streamline workflows, and reduce manual interventions. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as escalation point for urgent PO issues, high-value orders, and contractual disputes. Validate PO details: Ensure pricing, quantity, payment terms, and delivery schedules align with approved requisitions and contracts. Supplier Master (SM): Compliance & Audit: Ensure adherence to SOX controls and audit readiness. Continuous Improvement: Identify automation opportunities for supplier onboarding and maintenance. Manage supplier lifecycle: Oversee supplier onboarding, updates, and deactivation across ERP systems. Data accuracy: Validate tax details (GSTIN, PAN, TDS), banking information, and compliance checks (KYC, sanctions screening). Maintain data quality standards and prevent duplicates. Leadership & Governance: Allocate work, monitor SLAs, and ensure first-time-right accuracy. Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and maintain SOPs. Act as escalation point for complex supplier or PO issues. Coach and develop team members for performance and compliance. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
