Location – Bangalore/Noida (Hybrid)
About the opportunity:
The Compensation Analyst supports the design, administration, and analysis of Dayforce’s global compensation programs. This role is a key partner to HR and business leaders, providing data-driven insights, ensuring compliance, and helping to maintain competitive, equitable pay practices. You will manage core compensation processes, analyze market trends, and help design solutions that attract, retain, and reward top talent. What you’ll get to do:
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and functional leaders to provide compensation analysis and recommendations.
  • Conduct job evaluations, benchmark roles, and analyze market data to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures.
  • Maintain salary ranges and participate in annual compensation surveys across multiple vendors.
  • Research and apply best practices in compensation, including compliance with global and local regulations (e.g., FLSA, gender pay, overtime, leave).
  • Support the design and administration of incentive plans, including documentation, configuration in Dayforce, and payout calculations in partnership with Finance.
  • Maintain accurate compensation data and ensure integrity of HRIS and compensation tools.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion goals through fair and transparent compensation practices.
  • Contribute to special compensation projects and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation of compensation processes.
Skills and experience we value:
  • 2–5 years of progressive compensation or HR analytics experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills; able to interpret large data sets and translate into actionable insights.
  • Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience managing projects from concept to completion.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Collaborative team player and self-starter
  • Experience with Dayforce or other HRIS platforms.
  • Experience with CompAnalyst or other market pricing tools.
  • Knowledge of compensation survey participation and analysis. #LI-HYBRID
