Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role must possess a Post-Graduate degree in Human Resources along with a minimum of 2+ years of overall work experience. They should have expertise in planning, managing, and providing continuous engagement and support for the delivery of Compensation lifecycle programs. Ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information on compensation across HCM and allied systems is a key responsibility. Proficiency in MS Office products, especially advanced MS Excel, is necessary. The candidate should be able to communicate complex compensation practices in simple terms and should have a data-driven and analytical mindset. Maintaining confidentiality of information is crucial for this role. Additionally, the ability to create communication plans/strategies to enhance awareness of the Total Rewards charter is essential.
