The Compensation & Benefits analyst will support the Europe Head of Compensation and Benefits in supporting the region. Candidate will also partner with Global Rewards Team. As a Compensation analyst your role requires the ability to interact with a wide variety of stakeholders both internal and external, across a complex and dynamic business environment. Key Responsibilities include: Support on Compensation and Benefits administrative tasks for Europe Support on Sales Compensation administration. Support annual Compensation and Benefits surveys. Supports on wellbeing and recognition scope as needed. Supports annual compensation planning cycle and partner with Global Rewards Team and project team as required. Supports on compensation related requests, including role evaluation and salary reviews, maintaining the integrity of career architecture and salary planning framework, review of salary structures, market and employee data analysis. Partner with Talent Acquisition and HRBP team Partner with Service Centre in managing corrections/changes in Workday. Partner with broader team on continuous improvement and process automation, enhancing HRIS integration and system utilization. Skills and Experience: Very high level of English. Team worker and comfortable working within international virtual teams. Experience in Compensation and Benefits, ideally across Europe region Agile thinking and adaptable to manage multi-project activities, and demanding timescales. Proficient IT skills, including advanced Excel knowledge, and experience of HRIS integration and reporting. Workday Experience Must be detail oriented with strong, solution driven analytical skills. Customer Focus - Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions. The Compensation Analyst will contribute to Russell Investments success by developing, implementing, managing, and assessing the effectiveness and competitiveness of compensation programs that support Russell Investments business and strategic plans. The scope of the position includes India compensation programs as well as programs that apply globally. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an ability to work across the HR organization to maintain a coordinated global approach to compensation. The responsibilities of the individual in this position include: Partner with the Global Compensation Team to design and implement compensation/reward structures, programs and policies. Conduct a range of analyses involving the impact/effectiveness of current fixed and variable cash compensation plans, as well as the development and implementation of new programs Assist in the preparation and packaging of ad-hoc compensation analyses for HR Business Partners and the Talent Acquisition team Manage and administer internal job family framework, maintain internal compensation related files and reporting Conduct job evaluations and benchmark positions to assist in the budgeting and recruiting of open roles Evaluate job offers to internal or external candidates to ensure compensation packages proposed are competitive and align with the Russell Investments compensation philosophy Support the annual compensation cycle, including systems integration with the HR Workday team Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal clients and colleagues within the HR team The successful candidate will have extensive demonstrable skills and experiences including the following: 5 years experience in broad-based compensation analysis with a global organization or consulting firm preferred; junior profiles with strong technical skillset will be considered Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to analyze and manipulate large sets of data from different sources Strong MS Excel skills; comfortable with using advanced Excel functions in various analyses and preparing reports for executives Experience working in HRIS systems, preferably Workday Excellent judgment, attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to execute tasks with high levels of accuracy Experience with the use of compensation benchmarking surveys preferred Knowledge of salary management principles and incentive compensation design fundamentals, including commission plans Financial services industry experience is a plus 4 yr. college degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics or a related field
