About The Opportunity Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Analyst reports directly to the Vendor Management Leader (VML) and is responsible for providing third-party risk management for new and existing Vendors. This role assists the VML to define, implement, and maintain third party risk management policies, standards, and operating model for all lines of business and subsidiaries. This role will be directly involved in providing oversight and monitoring of the TPRM lifecycle and will partner with others throughout the organization such as Subject Matter Experts, Vendor Managers, Information Security, Business Continuity and Corporate Compliance to achieve these objectives. What You'll Get To Do Monitors and evaluates vendor risk at each of the four stages of the vendor’s lifecycle (e.g. pre-engagement, contracting, post-engagement, and contract termination) Responsible for performing third-party risk assessments and analyzing the risk level of third-party engagements Analyze due diligence documentation to arrive at risk level determinations against Ceridian’s risk methodology Assess the adequacy of due diligence documentation received from vendors as level of QC before passing on to subject matter experts (SMEs), where necessary Synthesize inputs from Ceridian’s risk SMEs, Vendor Management, vendor documentation, and conversations with lines of business to develop risk assessments Author risk narratives to communicate what key risks are for an engagement or vendor, and support why a certain risk level has been assigned Use strong understanding of risk topics and ‘risk mindset’ to actively challenge inputs (e.g. vendor and business claims) Contribute to and lead internal initiatives, including methodology enhancements and acting against workplans to deliver projects Present, when required, analysis and findings to senior stakeholders and committees Work with business units to ensure documentation is received and updated as needed Work collaboratively with other teams in supply chain management as well as with stakeholders across the business Keep current on regulatory requirements Develop and maintain high-quality risk assessment documentation covering findings, risk statements, risk ratings, justifications, and recommendations in the GRC tool and risk register Analysis and presentation of third party performance issues or other risk concerns to cross-functional work groups Conduct third party assessments for various partner programs and facilitate reviews with Legal, Compliance, Privacy and Cybersecurity. Skills And Experience We Value Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent experience Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze data with attention to detail and accuracy to analyze complex business data developing automated tools and help identify problems. Ability to identify, measure, monitor and analyze third party risk information Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills in order to gain trust and achieve business objectives Ability to work in fast-paced ever-changing environment and the ability to juggle an array of tasks and individuals on tight timelines Demonstrate an understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls, and how they interact together Strong knowledge of various regulatory (ISO, NIST, SOC, etc.) requirements related to third party engagements What Would Make You Really Stand Out Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent experience; ideally in Vendor/Third Party Risk Management, Operational Risk and/or Compliance Certified Third Party Risk Professional (CTPRP) or Certified Third Party Risk Management Professional (C3PRMP) a plus What’s In It For You Dayforce is fueled by the diversity of our talented employees.
