Manager: Innovation & Implementation


Key Responsibilities

1. Commercial Development

  • Research target sectors, companies, and decision-makers aligned with the sustainability and advisory offerings.
  • Build and manage a structured pipeline in

    HubSpot

    , maintaining accurate outreach and meeting records.
  • Execute outreach via

    LinkedIn

    , email, and other channels to generate qualified leads.
  • Conduct discovery calls to assess client needs, budgets, and alignment with their services.
  • Prepare opportunity summaries and briefing notes for senior leadership.
  • Draft proposals, statements of work, and contracts using standard templates.
  • Support pricing discussions and proposal iterations.
  • Report weekly on commercial metrics (leads, conversions, pipeline value).
  • Develop a working knowledge of the service suite and confidently articulate value to clients.


2. Client Success & Delivery Support

  • Coordinate onboarding of new clients — managing system access, data intake, and documentation.
  • Support consulting delivery through research, presentation prep, and data validation.
  • Assist with

    Greenly Pro

    inputs and emission calculations (training provided).
  • Track actions and timelines across multiple projects.
  • Create and manage contracts and forms, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Resolve client queries related to systems and reporting.
  • Follow up on meetings to maintain project momentum and track actions.
  • Identify cross-sell or referral opportunities.


3. Partner Ecosystem & Operations

  • Research and onboard advisory partners aligning with the brand.
  • Maintain communication and scheduling between the core team and partners.
  • Keep partner CRM and project management tools updated.
  • Monitor delivery progress and escalate capacity issues early.
  • Contribute to operational playbooks and standard operating procedures.
  • Help integrate tools and workflows to improve efficiency.


4. Marketing & Communications Support

  • Contribute to marketing campaigns and thought leadership content.
  • Coordinate logistics and content for

    events, webinars, and workshops

  • Maintain and segment the contact database for targeted outreach.
  • Collaborate with designers on proposals and client materials.
  • Track campaign performance and report insights to improve future efforts.

    (consulting, B2B, or SaaS preferred).
  • Understanding of

    sustainability and ESG

    frameworks (GRI, ISSB, CSRD, etc.).
  • Familiarity with

    AI tools

    for outreach and reporting automation.
  • Creative mindset with an ability to streamline and improve processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
