Data Entry Specialist

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for the integrity of the data uploaded to the SalesForce CRM. You will ensure that complete and accurate data is cleansed, stored, maintained and allocated to the Sales Development Representatives to improve the quality of the end-to-end sales process. Responsibilities Ensure valid, accurate, and complete data is entered into the systems in a timely manner. Deduplication of records, in a timely and accurate manner. Respond to colleagues' queries regarding data access and quality. Ensure data practices comply with all relevant regulations and policies around data protection, privacy, retention, etc. Manage data collection, cleansing, and manipulation processes to ensure data is readily accessible and easy for the Sales team to work with. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly checks on the data integrity. Working closely with the Sales and Data teams on new projects and ad hoc requests. Skills & Knowledge Knowledge of obtaining and cleansing data is fundamental. Organised and methodical with excellent attention to detail is fundamental. Ability to be proactive and self-motivated whilst working independently. Ability to review and clean up large volumes of data. Experience Previous experience of working in a similar position is desired. Experience with data validation and verification techniques is beneficial. Experience of using SaaS systems is beneficial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Sheets is beneficial but not essential.
