Data Entry Specialist

Role Overview: As a Data Entry Specialist, your main responsibility will be to accurately enter and update data into our systems, ensuring its correctness. You will also be required to maintain organized documents and files, follow company data entry rules, and collaborate with the team to verify data accuracy. Meeting deadlines and timely data entry will be crucial aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Enter and update data accurately into our systems. - Check for and fix any mistakes in the data to maintain correctness. - Organize documents and files for easy accessibility. - Follow company data entry rules for consistency. - Collaborate with the team to double-check data accuracy. - Ensure data is entered on time to meet deadlines. Qualifications Required: - Fast and accurate typing skills (at least 20 words per minute). - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (training provided if needed). - Great attention to detail and strong organization skills. - Ability to work independently and learn quickly. - Must be from or near Kanchipuram. Additional Company Details: The work schedule for this position is from Monday to Saturday in the morning shift from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. A Bachelor's Degree in any field is required, and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for fresher candidates. The work location is in-person at Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu.
