About the Role:

Creativefuel is looking for a Data Entry Specialist who is detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for accuracy and the ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently and systematically.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in company databases and Excel sheets.
• Verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
• Prepare, sort, and organize information before data entry.
• Generate basic reports and summaries using Excel.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of data entry tasks.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data management.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good typing speed and familiarity with data entry software/tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience & Qualification:

1.5 to 2 years of experience in data entry or a similar role.
