Position Overview

The CRM Sales Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, lead generation, follow-ups, and supporting the sales process to ensure smooth customer experience and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update customer data in the CRM system.
• Generate new leads and follow up with potential clients.
• Support the sales team with daily operations, proposals, and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and client requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Prepare regular sales and CRM performance reports.
• Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide customer service support through phone, email, and in-person communication.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in

  Business Administration, Marketing, or Mechanical Engineering

  .

• 0-2 years

  of experience in sales or CRM management.
• Experience in

  industrial equipment, construction, or manufacturing

  sectors is preferred.
