Job Description

As a Manager in the Customer Care department at Vidal, your role will involve managing and retaining top corporate clients in the region. Your key responsibilities will include: - Management and Retention of Top corporate clients for the region. - Reviewing reports on top corporate/insurance companies/brokers with the Leadership Team and proactively addressing issues. - Ensuring fulfillment of SLAs of top stakeholders in the respective region. - Supervising timely submission of MIS reports to Insurance Companies/Corporate entities. - Building and maintaining relationships with the Head Offices of Insurance Companies, Brokers, etc. - Handling service fees collection if required. - Overseeing department functions such as Customer Care, Claims, Contact center, and related operations. - Ensuring compliance with ISO requirements for customer care and grievance. - Taking responsibility for the P&L of the region by retaining clients. - Managing and building the team, which includes regular interaction, training, handling escalations, periodic reviews, and feedback sharing. You should have 6-10 years of experience in Customer Service or Client Relationship roles in TPA or Health Insurance Industry to be considered for this position. Your personal attributes and competencies should include strong communication skills, strategy-making experience, excellent negotiation abilities, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
