Job Title: L1 Regional Client Servicing Leader

Industry: Third Party Administrator (TPA) – Health Insurance

Role Objective

To lead the client servicing function for top corporate accounts in the assigned region, drive service excellence across departments, and strengthen stakeholder relationships. This role requires strategic oversight, operational coordination, and proactive engagement with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Client Retention & Team Leadership

- Manage and retain top corporate clients with support from the servicing team
- Act as the primary escalation point for high-value accounts- Operate at L1 level to guide team operations and client strategy

Leadership Reporting & Escalation Control

- Prepare and review reports on corporate clients, insurers, and brokers with senior leadership
- Identify concerns early and implement preventive actions to avoid escalation

SLA Adherence

- Monitor service delivery against defined SLAs
- Ensure corrective measures are taken in case of deviations

MIS Governance

- Oversee timely and accurate MIS submissions to clients, insurers, and brokers
- Validate data quality and formats for consistency

Departmental Oversight

- Supervise operations across Customer Care, Claims, Preauth, and related units
- Ensure smooth inter-departmental functioning and client satisfaction

Claims & Cashless Coordination

- Ensure resolution and settlement of claims and cashless requests within agreed timelines
- Support grievance resolution related to claim processing

Stakeholder Engagement

- Coordinate with brokers, insurance partners, and corporate clients
- Facilitate reviews, feedback sessions, and policy renewals as needed

Experience Required

• 2–4 years of experience in Client Relationship or Customer Service roles within the Health Insurance or TPA industry
• Exposure to handling key accounts and cross-functional team coordination is preferred
