Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Executive, based in Kolkata. The Client Servicing Executive will manage client relations, handle account management tasks, and deliver exceptional customer service. Daily responsibilities include preparing presentations, liaising with clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

• Experience in Client Services, Client Relations, and Account Management
• Proficient in Customer Service and presenting to clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in event management or related field is a plus
