Our mission is to be a sought-after destination for both employment and partnerships in the event management industry.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Manager located in Kolkata. The Event Manager will be responsible for planning and coordinating various events from inception to completion. Daily tasks include liaising with clients, overseeing event logistics, managing on-site staff, and ensuring all aspects of the event run smoothly. The role also involves budgeting, vendor management, and post-event evaluation to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Event planning, coordination, and logistics management skills
Client relationship management and vendor negotiation experience
Budgeting and financial planning skills, including cost-effective solutions
Problem-solving and on-the-spot decision-making abilities
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and lead a team
Experience in event management software and tools is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field
