Maintain enquiry databases and achieve enrolment targets. 3. Business Development Drive admissions through marketing initiatives, tie-ups, and outreach activities. Develop partnerships with schools, colleges, and corporate organizations. Organize events, seminars, and promotional activities. Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and revenue goals. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in the education industry (mandatory). Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred). Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing ability with proven experience in lead conversion. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic documentation.
