Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Manager located in Kolkata. The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events. Daily tasks include managing event logistics, coordinating with vendors, overseeing event setup and breakdown, and ensuring events run smoothly and efficiently. The Event Manager will also handle client communications, manage budgets, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during events.

• Vendor Management and Budget Management experience
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve issues efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in client relations and customer service
• Organizational and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of event logistics and operations
• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred fields: Hospitality, Event Management, Business, Marketing)
• 3–5 years (or more) experience in events, especially end-to-end management
• Experience in similar verticals (weddings, corporate, concerts) is a plus
