Job Title: Event Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and organized Event Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, planning, and vendor management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage corporate, promotional, and marketing events
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Manage event budgets and timelines
Handle venue selection, logistics, and permissions
Supervise event setup, execution, and post-event activities
Ensure smooth on-ground event operations
Prepare event reports and feedback analysis

Requirements & Skills:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Event Management, Marketing, or related field
1–3 years of experience in event planning or management
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple events simultaneously
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work flexible hours during events

Preferred Skills:

Experience in corporate events, promotions, or brand activations
Knowledge of vendor negotiation and budgeting
Social media or marketing exposure is a plus
