Key Duties

Responsibilities and Accountabilities: -
Understanding the detailed event requirement and making checklist.
Conducting Recce and making recce report as per the plan.
Managing the team of executives.
Planning the complete event right from setting the timelines, manpower planning, travel schedule, material management, etc.
Negotiating & dealing with different Vendors - Should be able to source new vendors as per requirement with competitive.
Ensure loading, unloading, timely set-ups & dismantle- Supervise on all event requirement and to ensure a glitch- free execution.
Managing console, coordinating with technicians.
Timely updates to Client servicing representative.
