Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Manager located in Panaji. The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating corporate events, weddings, and other types of social events. Tasks include client meetings to discuss event concepts and requirements, managing budgets, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, overseeing event logistics, and ensuring seamless execution of events.

Qualifications

• Event Planning, Organization, and Coordination skills
• Experience with client consultation and budget management
• Vendor and supplier coordination skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Panaji
• Proven ability to manage and execute large-scale events
• Familiarity with event management software and tools is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
• Prior experience in the events industry is a plus
