Client Servicing Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Understand client goals and translate them into actionable briefs for internal teams (creative, production, content, etc.)
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and approvals
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality work across photoshoots, A+ content, listings, and other creative, ecommerce and quick commerce services
• Manage feedback loops between clients and internal teams
• Maintain excellent client relationships to drive retention and upsell opportunities
• Identify client pain points and offer proactive solutions
• Collaborate with the strategy or performance team to optimize service delivery

Preferred candidate profile

• Some experience in client servicing/account management (preferably in a creative, digital, or e-commerce agency)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
• Comfortable handling multiple clients and tight deadlines
• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplace guidelines is a bonus
• Problem-solver with a client-first mindset
