What is expected out of you?

Revenue Growth & Pipeline

  • Design and own the revenue strategy across direct sales, partnerships, and channels.
  • Build a predictable, repeatable sales process tailored for mid-market clients.
  • Personally drive pipeline creation, deal execution, and revenue growth.


Go-to-Market Leadership

  • Develop positioning, pricing, and messaging that resonate with business and technology leaders.
  • Shorten sales cycles and increase win rates through clear value articulation.
  • Align sales and marketing activities to generate qualified opportunities.


Team Building & Leadership

  • Recruit, coach, and scale a lean, high-performing revenue team.
  • Establish sales KPIs, forecasting discipline, and accountability frameworks.
  • Partner with delivery and product leaders to ensure client success and growth.


Market Expansion

  • Identify high-potential verticals within the mid-market.
  • Develop strategic partnerships to accelerate market penetration.
  • Continuously refine the revenue playbook based on client feedback and data.

Must have skills

  • Proven experience taking revenue from early stage (~$100K) to $10M+ and beyond.
  • Expertise in selling services/solutions to mid-market companies.
  • Hands-on operator: comfortable building pipeline and closing deals directly.
  • Strong background in go-to-market strategy, revenue systems, and scaling sales teams.
  • Track record of aligning closely with founders, delivery, and product teams.
  • Experience with innovative services/SaaS/productized models strongly preferred.


Compensation:

  • Low base + high variable compensation tied to revenue growth.
  • Equity participation for candidates with long-term alignment and impact.
