• Lead day-to-day business operations across retail, production, merchandising, supply chain, sales, and marketing.
• Build and implement operational strategies to scale the brand nationally and internationally.
• Ensure process efficiency, cost optimization, and timely execution of projects.

Retail & Business Growth

• Oversee store operations, expansion strategy, and customer experience.
• Drive retail sales, monitor KPIs, and ensure achievement of business targets.
• Explore new business models including SIS (Shop-in-Shop), franchise, and digital commerce.

Production & Supply Chain Management

• Ensure smooth coordination between design, CAD, manufacturing, and quality control teams.
• Monitor procurement of diamonds, gemstones, and raw materials to ensure cost-effective sourcing.
• Optimize supply chain processes to maintain stock availability across stores and exhibitions.

Financial & Compliance Oversight

• Work closely with the finance team to drive profitability, budgeting, and cost controls.
• Ensure statutory and compliance requirements are met across operations.
• Maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Team Leadership & Culture

• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing cross-functional teams.
• Drive a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
• Implement training and development programs to strengthen employee capabilities.

Strategic Initiatives

• Partner with the CEO/MD in defining and executing business strategy.
• Identify opportunities for expansion into new markets, both domestic and international.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives to strengthen e-commerce and omnichannel presence.
