HEAD - MANUFACTURING 1. Purpose (Describe why this position exists in the company or what unique value does this position add to the company) Achieve organizational objectives by: 1.Responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations across engineering, manufacturing, and Logistics, warehouse functions 2. Driving strategic initiatives to optimize operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and support sustainable growth. 2. Role Description (List down 10 (max) discrete jobs in the order of priority) Applicable SOP 1.1 Operations Management - Lead end-to-end operations including production, quality, supply chain, procurement, logistics, and maintenance. 1.2 Strategy & Business Growth - Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute business strategies aligned with long-term goals, expansion, operational scalability in line with market trends 1.3 Performance Management - Monitor operational KPIs, budgets, and financial performance of business units 1.4 Financial Management - Implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen practices to improve efficiency, cost optimization, waste reduction, and profitability improvement. 1.5 People Leadership - Implement effective workforce planning, training, and succession planning to foster a culture of accountability, safety, innovation, and continuous improvement 1.6 Quality, Safety & Compliance - Ensure adherence to ISO/TS, IATF 16949, OHSAS, and other industry quality & safety standards 1.7 Technology & Innovation - Spearhead digital transformation, Industry/Market adoption, and automation 1.8 Research & Development - Encourage R&D collaboration for new product development and process improvements 3. Authority (List the authorizations available for this role) Review and implement course correction as required in the plant processes Financial powers as per delegation of power Stop, correct and restart process in case of non-conformities 4. Requirements (Describe the type of education and work experience required for the success of this Job) Diploma / BE / B Tech with minimum 20 years’ experience preferably in Engineering Industry.
