The role demands strong knowledge of accounting practices, regulatory frameworks, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities Compliance Management: Ensure timely filing and management of GST, Income Tax, ROC, ESI, PF, and other statutory obligations. Handle banking and loan-related compliances. Coordination: Act as a key point of contact with Chartered Accountant, banks, lawyers, and government authorities. Collaborate effectively with internal teams for smooth operations. Accounting & Closures: Manage end-to-end accounting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. Prepare MIS reports and financial statements for management review.
