About The Role


  • Chief of Staff (CoS) will support

    Co-Founders

    on organizational management, efficiency, and growth.
  • Will help build systems for talent acquisition, performance tracking, branding, financial compliance, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Plays a critical role in scaling Prosperiti’s mission-aligned partnerships and operational excellence.


Who We Are Looking For


  • Experienced professionals with

    6+ years

    in strategy, operations, management consulting, or leadership roles in high-growth or mission-driven organizations.
  • Background in

    business administration

    ,

    finance

    management

    ,

    human resources

    ,

    mass media and communication

    , or

    equivalent fields

    .
  • Proven track record in organizational efficiency, financial and regulatory compliance, talent management, and external communications.
  • Proficiency in tools like

    Excel/Google Sheets

    Monday.com

    ,

    Notion

    , and knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and resource optimization.
  • Traits:

    Highly organized

    policy, economic, and governance landscape

    is a plus.


What You’ll Do


  1. Talent Acquisition

    : Optimize hiring, strengthen onboarding processes, and design an internship/apprenticeship program to build a future-ready team.
  2. Performance Management

    : Develop frameworks, track efficiency metrics, upgrade organizational systems, and support reviews/training.
  3. External Communications

    : Craft messaging to amplify Prosperiti's visibility, distill research insights into accessible communication, and manage relationships with stakeholders.
  4. Finance and Compliance

    : Ensure financial discipline and compliance through detailed management of statements, filings, and workflows.
  5. Talent Management

    : Coach and upskill team members, oversee service providers, and drive collaborative, high-quality outputs.
