Title: Chief of Staff / Executive Assistant (Founder’s Office – People, Ops & Growth)

About the Role

Kaizen Law is seeking to bring on a strategic Chief of Staff/Executive Assistant. This founder-facing role combines structure, culture, and cross-functional leadership to partner with our Managing Partner in driving the firm’s next phase of growth. This role sits at the intersection of people, strategy, and execution. It is designed for individuals who enjoy bringing order to daily chaos, thrive on enabling leadership, and find purpose in building high-performance, high-empathy organizations.

Key Responsibilities

·            Drive structure and alignment across the firm’s priorities.

·            Partner with leadership to design and institutionalize internal systems.

·            Run hiring and internship programs, and oversee people-engagement initiatives.

·            Plan business development events, internal team initiatives, and cultural programs.

·            Oversee Admin, IT, Accounts, and BD planning through internal teams and vendors.

·            Track progress, flag risks, and ensure accountability across verticals.

Who We’re Looking For

·            7+ years of experience in similar multi-functional leadership or Chief of Staff roles.

·            An MBA, with a proven record of driving cross-functional initiatives.

·            Works proactively, discreetly, and with ownership.

·            Enjoys combining strategy and execution and thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

·            Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Location: Gurugram (Full-time, in-office role)
