Job Description

Role Overview: As the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Aliens Tattoo, your mission is to set the marketing strategy and direction, while actively participating in and driving the overall organizational strategy. You will lead all marketing administration, planning, budgeting, and guide the marketing team. Being a member of the senior leadership team, you will work closely with a motivated and engaged group while demonstrating a creative vision, understanding of company values, and essential business leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, scale, and build brand leadership and marketing well-being by planning, implementing, and monitoring the overall marketing strategy. - Contribute marketing information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction, aligning functional objectives with organizational goals. - Partner with the CEO on marketing and strategic issues, providing recommendations based on analysis and projections. - Oversee budget planning and cost management in alignment with the brand's strategic plan. - Determine KPIs for the marketing department and ensure an integrated approach to customer attraction, support, and retention. - Execute online and offline marketing campaigns to drive digital marketing positioning and brand growth. - Analyze market trends and marketing campaign success, creating reports and implementing improvements as needed. - Plan and execute various marketing events to increase brand awareness. - Develop and manage direct staff and larger multidisciplinary teams, fostering cross-department collaboration. - Cultivate relationships with vendors and partners. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in media, marketing, communications, or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred. - Minimum 12 years of marketing team management experience. - Proven success in product, branding, strategy, social media, communications, and business development. - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret a strategic vision into an operational model. - Collaborative and flexible style with a strong service mentality. - Proficiency with marketing technology software and digital solutions. - Passionate, inventive, and able to work in fast-paced environments.
