Conduct product walkthroughs, demos, or Q&A sessions to support upsell conversations. He/she should be conversant with high quality demos. Track and report the success of upsell campaigns, customer engagement efforts, and revenue impact. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders. Education & Experience : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field. Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in SaaS, ERP, or EdTech environments. Skills & Competencies: Deep understanding of product lifecycle, agile development methodologies, and feature prioritization frameworks. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret product usage and customer behavior. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
